When all the cars drive to the race at the beginning, a Honda Accord Estate with its bonnet off, pulls up and you can see the yellow Skyline parked next to it, but after that it shows the Skyline pull up and then the Accord is not there. Then when the pizza bloke pulls up, the Skyline and the Accord are parked together again in the same position.
When Fry has a bite of his pizza slice, the pizza slice change size between the shots.

When Mikaela and Sam are in his car when he gives her a ride from the lake, both windows are open but her hair doesn't blow around at all - like it would if they were really open.
In the sequence where Jack finds his friend, and then the cards he is holding counts down to the explosion. Jack runs out, and the house explodes throwing the cop car into the air. If you look close, you can see the piston that launches the cop car and then falls back down.
When the truck gets smashed at the start, the tree beside the truck is well alight, but when the man comes out of the house, it is only a little alight.
When Sean Connery drops his lighter while trying to burn the ropes, the lid is flipped to the right. When he blows on it the lid then changes position slightly relative to the pattern on the rug, then when the rug catches fire the lid's suddenly flipped completely to the left.
In the scene where Jack and Will have just taken the Interceptor and the Dauntless is coming about, the men on the row boat get caught in its path. A second after the men abandon ship, you see the boat get destroyed. If you look closely at the forward wake of the ship, the boat is too far away to be destroyed by the front of the ship. And since the boat intially goes down when it's struck, it can't be the keel of the ship, since that would send it up.

When the crew is outside and they're going to lock Blair in the tool shed, you can see someone nailing wood across the window on the front of the shed. The pieces of wood are horizontal. In the next shot (inside the shed), if you look at the window in the background, the strips of wood are vertical. When Mac goes back outside, the wood is horizontal again.

Several times during the fight in and around the truck the bars around the top of the cab come off and are miraculously back on again.
When Roark is trying to get a radio, and Emmitt is watching on the big screen in the OEM building, there is a black man behind him who is talking to the guy with the headset on. In one shot the black guy is almost back to back with Emmitt and looks over his shoulder to look at the screen, yet when it cuts, the black guy is talking to the other guy but is not back to back with Emmitt.
